In Southampton County, Virginia, Nat Turner and 75 others black men killed by their hands 60 white men before being arrested...
The consequences of this act led to fear and change on how slaves were now educated. -

Thats in 1862 that Lincoln declares all slaves' freedom but that's only 3 years later that this decisive 13th Amendment is, on December 18th, is clearly adopted...
