    I believe it is important for us to know about this event so we do the same and replant the trees we cut down. This event impacts me by giving me the ability to see these beautiful trees and continue to use them as a resource. This event is important to know about because this is the reason why there are still trees in the state of Pennsylvania.

    This act was created to have a fund to clean uncontrolled or abandoned hazardous waste sites, it also helped pay for accidents, spills, and other emergency releases of pollutants or contaminants into the environment. On top of that it gave the EPA the ability to prosecute polluters. Without this fund we would not have the money to clean these areas that are destroyed by waste.

This big concert helped to raise the awareness of people across the world about the greenhouse effect. Even today many people remember the cause this concert represented and changed their ways of polluting.
