Begin advertising for volunteers - brainstorm promotions and benefits of being a volunteer. -

Review first round of reaching out for vendors - talk about what went well and what didn't. Add more people if necessary. -

Finalize vendor list
Finalize vendors and confirm initial details with them. Be sure to keep them in the loop of changing details and important information. -
Establish Marketing Plan
Decide methods for promotion and general design & layout for the event. -
Establish Entertainment Possibilities
Begin preliminary vetting for entertainment for event. Establish list of enteratiners from Point Park University that may be interested. -
Produce Marketing Materials
Produce physical version of marketing and begin promoting the event. -
Solidify Entertainment
Solidify plan for entertainment - reproduce more in depth marketing materials to promote event. -
Ask for Donations
Reach out to local businesses, who are not vendors, for donations. Pending success, add giveaways and prize raffels. -
Solidify Food Supplier
Verify with committee choice for catering and food supply. -
Verify ALL Details
Make sure every specification is met now, so there can be a lul before the event. -
Pre-event Meeting
Run through expectations with committee, volunteers, and staff. Let them know about the request for post-event feedback. -
