we created a proposal and we surveyed all four grades on where should it be and what theme should we use. Gym location and hollywood theme won so we started researching from there on. -

First meeting
We didn’t really discuss anything important besides our budget because everyone wanted to talk over each other. -
Second Meeting
We discussed decoration ideas, tickets, some prices, food and a few other details. -
Third Meeting
We went over final details before ordering everything. -
Sashes
The first purchase we made -
Money Issues
Had a money/card problem and couldn’t order anything. -
Purchasing
I went out and brought plates, napkins tablecloths and centerpieces. -
Decoration Ordering
The day I ordered all the decorations. -
Sashes Arrived
The day the sashes arrived and I picked the tickets up. -
Flyers
Picked up the helium tank and some balloons, made and hung up flyers. -
Some decoration came in
Some decorations came in from amazon. -
Final Meeting
We went over setup and clean up. -
Took contestants photos
Had everyone come downstairs to the cafe to take photos of the contestants so that everyone knows who their voting for the day of coronation. -
Picked up contestant photos
Had to print out contestants photos at CVS
