    Francis Bacon
Francis Bacon was a huge part of the scientific revolution: Bacon developed new theories by conducting many experiments, and finding evidence to prove that he is right, and all of the older myths are wrong
  • new inventions: microscope, telescope, typewriter

    new inventions: microscope, telescope, typewriter
the scientific revolution brought in new inventions and new ways to prove all of these old myths that people were being convinced were right. This also provided a new and more reliable way to study space and other kinds of scientific data.
  • Planetary motion: Johannes Kepler

    Planetary motion: Johannes Kepler
Kepler proved that the planets did, In fact revolve around the sun, but he also discovered why, and how they did this. He found that the suns gravitational pull caused all of the planets to be drawn toward it, and orbit around the sun, making a full rotation every 365 days, or a full year
  • Modernized Chemistry: Robert Boyle

    Modernized Chemistry: Robert Boyle
Boyle was also extremely important to the scientific revolution. He created new ways to study different categories f science, and also created the air ump, which he used in many of his experiments.

Discovering new types of Bacteria using a microscope:
  • Isaac Newton: creator of the gravity and physics laws

Isaac Newton: creator of the gravity and physics laws
this was probably the most important discovery of the scientific revolution, in my opinion. Before this, no one could really figure out why things just didn't float or roll away, and these new laws discovered by Newton explained everything.
  • New type of math discovered: Calculus

New type of math discovered: Calculus

  • Gottfried leibniz: discoverer of Calculus

    Gottfried leibniz: discoverer of Calculus
this new way of solving complex problems helped fuel much of the new theories that were emerging, because it gave people a way to prove that they were right, by using math.

this was a big breakthrough, because before this was discovered, people thought that things like ice and other form changing matters were the work of the devil, and this proved that this theory was nothing more than a joke.
