Heliocentric Model (Copernicus)
In the year 1543 Copernicus' worked on the heliocentric model of the solar system. Copemicus' made the heliocentric model to prove that the sun was located in the middle of the universe not the earth. Copemicus' invention helped people make calenders more accurate for its activities. -

Gravity
Galileo Galilei showed that the weight of an object can't affect speed of that free falling object because many people thought that if something was heavy it would fall faster but Galileo proved people wrong. -
