Built by the Ottomans in the 16th century. -
Seher Cehajina Cuprija bridge
Built in 1620, The Šeher Ćehaja Bridge was destroyed a couple of times during its existence. It happened during the huge floods of 1619 and 1629 as well as in 1843 when the Miljacka River destroyed two pillars during repairs by Mustafa-paša. The bridge was again damaged in 1880. -

Latin (Principov) Bridge
Built in 1798. The bridge is famous as the place where Archduke Franz Ferdinand, heir to the Austrian throne, and his wife, Sophia, were assassinated by Gavrilo Princip on 28th June 1914. This assasination sparked off the First World War and thus changed the course of world history. -

Vrbanja Bridge was renamed in 1992 after Suada Dilberović and Olga Sučić, the first victims shot at the beginning of the Siege of Sarajevo. -
