A modified versión of the old capitalist system, mixed economic systems.
Lenin considered the NEP as a strategic retreat from socialism. -
1924- Lenin's death

1024- Stalin expelled Trotsky and by 1929 he had eliminated the Old Bolshevicks from the party.
