- 100 people were killed and 3000 were injured
- demanded relief from their working and living conditions *the russian people had an uprising and the people had a lessened belief in the gov. (blamed the czar and part of the reason he created the Duma)

- By 1928, stalin is in complete command of communist party
- Has trotsky exiled in 1929, later he’ll be killed *turns USSR into dictatorship
