    Tsar Nicholas II from power. There was many violent protests and demonstrations in Petrograd. People were losing faith in the leadership against the the cazrist regime.

    The bolsheviks take over Petrograd. Now it is under control of the bolsheviks.

    Nicholas II, Alexander III's son, was in power during the Russian revolution 1917. He was executed by the bolsheviks for his bad handling of certain situations.

    Germany and Russia sign the treaty of brest-litovsk. This takes Russia out of WWI.

    Stalin
    Dictator of the USSR. Transformed a peasant society into an industrial and military country. He ruled with terror and millions of people died while under his rule.
