Resolutions for 2016
I plan to exercise and work out during the week to stay healthy. I want to actively participate in social gatherings and refrain from isolating myself. I want to improve my mental health significantly before I leave for college, as I will not have my parents around to guide me. -
20 Years Old

30 Years Old
At thirty, I plan to be scheduling regular appointments with my doctors, therapists, dentists, and checking in with professionals who will administer advice on how to keep myself as healthy as possible. I will attempt regular outings with friends to keep in touch and also keep myself from staying indoors too much. -
40 Years Old
At forty, I'll be managing mine and my potential childrens' doctors and dentist appointments, while I maintain a healthy diet, and exercise weekly. To moniter my mental health, I will be keeping a calender or a journal that will include my feelings and thoughts throughout the day. And I will act on negative moodswings and accomodate accordingly -
50 Years Old
I'll be seeing doctors who specialize in the areas in which I need the most help, along with regular doctors appointments, I do intend to maintain a healthy diet for me and my family and exercise as often as possible. -
60 Years Old
Now that I'm 60 years old, I will be doing my best to stay as active as possible and keeping track of things that could potentially have a negatiive effect on me later in my older age. Now I will be more focused on my physical health, making sure that none of my body parts are failing me prematurely, and acting upon unusual occurances.
