This were the first in all Rome, Romans are decedents of Latins, their culture and believes were nearly the same.

Etruscans come to Rome

600 BCE

Etruscans invade Rome and take over. They left many influences like the alphabet,art and architecture

Romans take Etruscans out

509 BCE

Romans took Etruscans out but still had their influences. This gave strength to Rome and that was a beginning for the empire.

Rome conquers neighbor countries

300 BCE

Rome conquers part of Italy and has more power more land and leaves an influence in conquered countries

Start of the Punic wars (first Punic war)

264 BCE

Rome fights with Carthage for 23 years, Rome won and imposed conditions to Carthage like being the biggest naval power, and made a "line" dividing the Mediterranean in two by making a border. this gave a lot of land to Rome.

Second punic war

218 BCE

lasted 16 years, Carthage lost Sicily and to regain land they took over a part of Spain, but Rome stopped them and won the second Punic war and taking over Carthage. They took over and gained a lot of power because they had defeated the Carthage empire.

Finish to conquer all Italy

200 BCE

Rome finished conquering all civilizations in Italy and Italy becomes Rome and all Italy had the Roman architecture and the roman art.

Rome conquers the Mediterranean

150 BCE

Rome conquers all of the Mediterranean countries and becomes one of the biggest empires of the world and leaving an impact in the conquered countries.
