    Provided rights to the citizens:
    1-King couldn't tax people or take property
    2-A council is needed to put someone on trial
    3-The decision to punish anyone on trial is made by a jury of their peers

  • Mayflower Compact

    Mayflower Compact
    -The settler's agreed to follow the rules of the compact in order to survive

    -British fought against the French and Indians
    -Major battles included, the battle of Jumonville Glen and the battle of Fort Bull
    -The British won the war
    -The war angered the colonsists because they had to provide for the british soldiers
