1763 - End of French and Indian War
The French and Indian war also known as the “Seven Years War”, the war was caused by territorial conflict between the French and English (British and French Colonies). This was also the bloodiest war that america had in this time period, it took more lives than the American Revolution. The war was soon ended by the Treaty of Paris in 1763, the terms on the treaty were that France gave up all its territories in mainland north america and this ended any foreign military threats that was at place.
