If a British officer commits a capital crime they need to sent to England for trial. All witnesses need to go as well, most did not because it is a 6-month round trip and they would lose money. -

A militia forms in Boston, King wants to stop them, he ended up losing because of the spy network. -

Writes Olive Branch Petition to the King to stop the violence that has taken place, repeal the acts, and to define the colonial rights. King thinks that it is a joke.
