Proclamation line of 1763(No one can go across the line). Colonist got mad about it. -

Tax on importing sugar, molasses, wine and coffee. -

First direct tax- Required a stamp on all legal document. Annoyed the rich educated people. -

Britain has the right to pass laws regarding to colonise. They passed Declaratory Act right after the repeal the stamp act. -
Repeal of Stamp Act – March 18 1766
Under strong pressure from the colonies, and with their economy slumping because of American boycott of British goods, Parliament repealed the Stamp Act in March 1766. -

British soldiers killed a lot of unarmed civilians. 5 people died in the massacre.
