Stamp Act
Tax was put on all American colonists and required them to pay a tax on every piece of printed paper they wanted. It helped pay for the French and Indian war -
Quartering Act
This act gave the British the right to place soldiers in citizens home if there was room left. If anyone refused their house was taken from them and still used for soldiers. -
