    General Gage of the British Army, brought out thousands of British soldiers to Boston with with plenty more on the way. He didn't want Boston to expect him and his army coming.

    Paul Revere rode to give the Sons of Liberty in Lexington in Concord that the "British are coming...British are coming.." in his well known quote in today's history.

    The Battle that took place in Lexington was the first battle of the American Revolutionary War with the quote of "shot heard around the world" courtesy of Ralph Waldo Emerson. The British where victorious in Lexington. The Battle in Concord was an American victory over Britain after Americans where able to push the British out and force them to start heading toward back to Boston.

    During this meeting, money printing is a discussion. A post office is then set up, and the brand new Continental Army will be led by George Washington. Olive Branch was sent to ask the king if rights could be protected. The king hires 30,000 Hessian soldiers in response to Olive's request.

    Benedict Arnold and Ethan Allen are successful in the capture of Fort Ticonderoga. The duo ransack the fort and steal things including cannons. Americans are victorious.

    The Battle of Bunker Hill was fought on Breed's Hill. William Prescott says "Don't fire until you see the whites of their eyes." Britain are victorious over America. Tough loss for America, but Britain quickly learns that defeating Americans is NOT an easy task.

    the pamphlet written by Thomas Paine was so moving, it led to many colonists becoming patriots. Thomas Paine says "Every thing that is right or reasonable pleads for separation. The blood of the slain, the weeping voice of nature cries, 'TIS TIME TO PART" in his pamphlet "Common Sense."

    George Washington is ready to fight once he believes his army is disciplined enough, and his weapons arrive. Once this has been decided, Washington put cannons on Dorchester Heights overlooking Boston. Once the British saw us, they retreated. American VICTORY.
