This was all caused by all the new laws, taxes, and acts involved to cause trauma, battling then the americans wanting freedom. -
Proclamation line
This came across after the British won the "7 years war" or the french and Indian war. People were in search of land, and too much fighting was involved which led to the American Revolutionary war. -
Quartering acts
This caused colonist to house british soilders, if too small they would have to stay in nearest inns, ale houses and stables. which seemed very hard to cope with. -
Stamp Act
This stamp act imposed on all taxes of all paper documents in the colonies. Not every colonist was happy that this happened. As soon as this happened the colonist rose and rebelled against the british -
Declaratory Act
This act made a decision about colonists giving British soldiers a place to stay. This also caused to a boycott/protests, not many colonists were happy about this law ever being made. -
Townshend Acts
The townshend acts which was created in 1767, it imposed duties on Glass, lead, paper, and paint. also tea sent to the colonies. During this time getting these items were much more expensive -

This was the killings of 5 men by british colonist. This sort of happened because of heavy taxation imposed by Townshend acts -
committee of correspondence
The committee of correspondence was a type of government which would update and give out new information to the citizens/colonist. This was formed at the end of the French and Indian war. -
Tea Act
This was passed in May 10th of 1773, which led to the boston tea party concerning tea. This act imposed on no new Taxes on the american colonies. -
Boston tea party
This was a political protest by the sons of liberty in boston, this was all caused by a destruction of tea in the boston harbour. Many there at the boston tea party were dressed as native americans, in defiance of the act. -
Intolerable or coecierve acts.
This act came about to punish the people who wereinvolved in the boston tea party. Which led the government to close the boston harbour, their government and offices. -

Someone fired a shot, It is unknown who shot first. After that so few americans were dead and injured, and the battle began. -

This was a book written by Thomas Paine, to inform the colonist how to break free from great britain. This was one of the most successful books ever written, and it worked well. -
Declaration of Independence
This was a document written by Thomas Jefferson, with the help of many others, this was originally signed by Thomas July 2nd, 1776 but instead it needed to be signed from the other men which took two days for everyone else to come, it became official July 4th 1776.
