    Roman Rule of Israel (begins)
    In 40 BCE with the defeat of Mattathias Antigonus the land became Roman control. In 37 BCE Herdod was a pointed king of Judea. 10 years after Herdods death a war broke out between the Jews and Romans and Titus the leader of Romans tore Jerusalem, hundreds and 1000 of Jews died in the battles.

    Jesus of Nazareth
    In 4 BC Jesus of Nazareth was the son of god, he spread the religion of Christianity to many people so then his followers would spread it out even more through the world. Jesus came from a sketchy family because his cousins and other family members where thieves etc, the beginning of his life he was a carpenter. He as well spoke many language which helped him branch out his religion for his father, god.

    In 33 AD Saint Paul was once a man that put Christians to death became one of the churches greatest saints. Saint Paul would put any person that practice the religion of Christianity to death until one day when he was about to put Jesus to death, he was told to go into the city and listen. As he listened he started to follow Christianity religion and started to travel the world and would teach Christianity everywhere. He impacted Christianity by telling people around the world about it.

    This event was based of by a large fire that distorted most of Romes city, yet the fire didn't destroy the area of where the religion practice of Christianity. Many people in the city of Rome believed the Christians started the fire, as well as Nero the ruler of Rome then thought as well. Many people disliked Christians and thought they where doing something wrong because they didn't follow multiple gods.

    In 203 AD Perpetua was a mother that believed in Christianity very strongly, she would have visions of her being welcomed to heaven and would write down in her diary of them and the events of what was going on. People found out she practiced the religion of Christianity and was to be put to death in the arena, her father told her not to say she was christian yet she believed to much that she said she was and was killed.

    This event was based on when the empire Diocletian ruled Rome and he sacrificed/killed any human being that lived in Rome and worshiped Christianity because people believed (Nero) that the Christians started the "Great Fire of Rome".

    Constantine the Great
    He is best known for being the first Christian emperor, his rule that he made changed the Roman Empire largely. The rule was where any person could practice Christianity. The way that became was he originally followed many gods yet the night before the battle called Milvian Bridge he saw an image of the lord of Christianity and the cross which made him put the cross on his shields for war. He impacted Christianity by letting any person follow Christianity.

    Battle of Milvian Bridge
    The battle of The Milvian Bridge was fought between Constantine and Maxentius. The night of October 27th Constantine had a vision of a cross and so his soldiers painted it on their shields.
    Constantine charged with his Calvary forcing a retreat. When Maxentius tried to retreat over the bridge it was to small and many of the soldiers drowned including Maxentius.
    After the battle was won Constantine made Christianity the main religion.

    The Edict of Milan was a letter which was sign by Constantine and Licinius that gave religious freedom in the Roman empire. SOS with the letter Constantine granted freedom to Christians.This let Christians feel safe in their own homes. Places that use to belong to Christians where given back to them. As well they released Christians from prison and band persecution of their faith.

    Emperor Theodosius
    Theodosius was raised in a military family and then he became a ruler of the Eastern and Western of the Roman empire. After severe illness during a fight with the barbarians he was baptized into Christianity. In 391 he stated that Christianity was the only real religion. IN 394 he defeated the Pegen force, which is considered his greatest achievement.
