This was when president Nixon was found to have been listening in on his opponents conversations with his committee. This led to the resignation of Nixon as president of the United States. -
Reagan's "Tear down this wall" speech
Reagan gave this speech in Berlin on the 750th anniversary of the city. He was indirectly talking to the soviet union leader Gorbachev telling him to tear down the wall and mix the city back together. -

Medicaid began in 1991 when states were received waivers to create medicaid programs. These programs are a private health plan which receives monthly premiums from the state. -
Clinton Impeachment
Clinton was impeached for perjury and obstruction of justice. He claimed he had not had an affair with Monica Lewinsky, but he later admitted he had. Clinton is now known as many as just a liar with poor judgement. -
