The people from the third estate which was the rest of society won the votes and started to go forward with their plants to start the revolution -

The royal family tried to escape from France because they wanted to escape the revolutions consequences and they wanted to go to Austria -
New Constitution
A new constitution was made and enforced by King Louis that turned his ruling into a constitutional monarchy -
War and the Guillotine
France went into war because the Austrians and the Prussians were against France having a constitutional monarchy and wanted King Louis to be an absolute monarch, also in 1972 the guillotine was created and it was used as a weapon to kill people fast and quick without them suffering -

Maximilien Robespierre
Robespierre became the leader of France and ruled very close to a tyrant and all of his actions led to his time in rule to be known as the Reign of Terror -
Robespierre's death
A member of the national convention turned against Robespierre and because of him Robespierre was arrested and he was executed with the guillotine -
New Government
Leaders of the national convention created a new plan for the government which gave the power to the upper middle class instead of to the clergy's and the nobles, this required 2 house legislature and 5 executive men known as the directory
