Boston Tea Party
This is when the colonists dumped the tea into the harbor as a way to protest against the Parliament and the taxes -

There were laws passed as a result of the Boston Tea Party. They left Massachusetts without self-government and historic rights. They were key developments in the outbreak of 1775. -
The First Continental Congress
Was a convention of the delegates from 12 of the colonies that was called in repsonse to the Intolerable Acts. They considered options like the boycott of British trade. -
Battle Of Lexington and Concord
Were the first military engagements of the Revolutionary War. These battles marked the outbreak of open arm conflicts between Britain and the colonies. The British were given secret orders to destroy the colonist's military supplies. 3 groups from Britain were destroyed. -
