Identify Disiplinces
Looked into different topics that I could use for my research project.
Strengths: Found topics that I were interested in to research

Implications
Created a title for my project and found athletes willing to particpate in my research.
Strengths: Managed to create a good title with notes that will help me create a good research project
Weakness: Found it hard to find athletes willing to put in time to help with results -
Lesson 1
Completed first demonstration lesson of Oral learning.
Strengths: Remembered all details that needed to be told to athletes
Weakness: Athletes found it difficult to process information so found it difficult to get them motivated Also gained feedback!!! -

Weakness: more organisation of notes
Strength: set out well for assignment -
Other details
Made graph for results and included mathematical eqaution in project -
Conclusion
Put all of project together
Strengths: Found it rewarding to gain an answer to original question for start of project
Weakness: Would have like to have a wider range of results but found it hard to find willing participants.
