The Renaissance was a major cultural event that started around the 1400 hundreds and ended in the area of the 1600 hundreds. During this time many great people that specialized in different forms of art were born and they created many paintings,sculptures, and poetry pieces that are still known today. One very well known people from the Renaissance was Leonardo Da Vinci he was the master behind the Mona Lisa and many other different pieces of art he also trained the famed Michael Angelo. -
