President Bush made a speech to the Middle Eastern Nations for a push of the use of democracy in their nations. He stated that freedom can be a future of every nation. -
IPAECA
United States-India Peaceful Atomic Energy Cooperation Act was created by the foreign relations committee in 2006. It helped the US and India to share nulcear fuel and reactors. It allowed India to purchase them from the US also.
