I first started to read in school, most likely kindergarten. Starting with singular numbers and letters and slowly moving up to The Cat in the Hat by Dr. Seuss.

    elementary (4th grade)
I don't remember much from grades 1-4 but I do remember in 4th grade that I read the Percy Jackson Series by Rick Riordan and I was obsessed. I remember checking out each book from the school library until the Scolastic forms got passed out in class. I was so excited to see that the PJO series was listed. It was the book set where the 5 spines of each book and the covers lined up perfectly to make a picture and I had to have it.

Once 4th grade was over I continued to read the PJO series in 5th grade which soon progressed me to read The Maze Runner and Divergent series starting of 6th grade, I was obsessed. I love reading dystopian books and watching everything come to life in my mind. I would make my parents buy me every single book in the series, each one was my prized possession and I still to this day have every book.

In 7th and 8th grade I started the Hunger Games because my 7th grade english class read it together which led me to check out all the books from the school library but I loved the movies even more.

My whole freshman year I was online learning which gave me tons of free time to read, leading me to read more fantasy based books by authors like Leigh Bardugo and Sarah J Maas.

    Summer
The summer before sophomore year consisted of me reading, going to Barnes & Noble, and volleyball. I didn't have as much time to read physical books so that's when I started to download books and read them on my phone.

    What I read now
I still read when I can find time which is very rare. At the moment the book i'm reading is The Secret History by Donna Tart and I actually really enjoy it even though the start was a little slow for my liking. My shelves at home are filled with unread books that I don't have to read but I cant stop buying them.
