    After shutting down the cafe for a couple of weeks, we can institute a plan for getting people back. The first idea would be to offer something to the first 250 people to enter the cafe after the grand re-opening. This would bring people back in almost instantaneously, reigniting the cash flow.

    After such a hit to our product line, we'll need to convince people that we have improved. What better way to let people experience the improvement than with samples? We could distribute these in high-traffic public areas around muskego. This way, we could reach our old customers and reinstate them, as well as getting new ones. Doing this in grocery stores before thanksgiving would be smart, as everyone would be shopping.

    After our cafe has been open for a couple of weeks, we could employ the use of coupons. This will help add to the customers we've already garnered from the other two plans. We could use a "have one on us" coupon, like getting a free sandwich for the purchase of a specialty coffee. Coupons are very effective at helping spread the word from customer to customer. For example, a family member could give you coupons when you finally get your first car, or just in general for a christmas gift.

    This would most likely be a standard punch car system. Now that we have reinforced our customer base, we can start building up loyalty. In order to make sure they stay with our brand, we can offer rewards. This punch card system could be 8 days, with a reward of a free meal on select days on the 8th visit. This would be extremely effective for our mostly local customer base, as we could corner the market on music cafes. "Our new year's resolution is to help save you the most money!"

    Finally, after we've gained a little more capital a couple months after reopening, we can offer a grand incentive. Its go big or go home for this one, as being a music cafe, it would make sense to hold a sweepstakes for concert tickets. These would be costly, so it makes sense to do this after the cafe is back on its feet and the customers are flowing back in. This would be the final showing that we are ready to move past our mistakes by offering such a good reward for giving us another chance.
