On weekends, the first 25 people through the doors who purchase a cup of coffee will receive a free breakfast sandwich of their choice. This will bring people in to buy our product because we are offering them a free item with the purchase of an item. -

Outside of our shop we will hand out samples of a new coffee that we would test and see if we could add it to our menu as a seasonal item. This way if people can give us feedback on the new options and if they like them we can implement them to our menu where it fits. This will make the restaurant look good because we are trying to connect with our customers and introduce new products to keep customers happy. -

Coupons
The coupon that we will offer will be a one time use, 30% off coupon that is good for any of the items that we offer at any time of the day. We will distribute this coupon over social media on platforms such as Linked In, Facebook, and Twitter. The method will be effective because a large proportion of our customers are on social media and own a smartphone. -

People that come in on the weekends can enter a sweepstake. If they buy a coffee, the winner gets free cups of coffee for a month that they can cash in at any time during that month and can use on any type of coffee they so choose. -

Coupon Plan
We will offer the coupon plan to anyone that is interested. It can be accessed online and it will be a one time use and can be used on any item at any time. I chose this strategy because it seemed is the simplest and most effective method since technology is so prevalent and a lot of people will see it. It improves the brand image because the customer would see that we realized the mistake and then we are trying to fix it.
