This will help improve the image of the company because it will make people want to come back so they can get a good deal on coffee

    A coupon plan we will have is once you buy 5 breakfast sandwiches you will get 1 free. We will do this by scanning the person's phone from our online website, where the person can see their past purchases at the cafe. This will get people to come to the cafe because they think it's a good deal.

    For every purchase over $25, you will be entered into a raffle where you can win free food. This will help improve the image of the restaurant because people will want to come back to the cafe to win the raffle.
  • Traffic Builder

    Free expresso’s to first 20 customers on the weekend. I selected this promotional strategy because it will encourage customers to come into the cafe. This will also improve the image of the restaurant because it shows that the owners care about their customers so much that they are willing to give away free things to the first customers that enter the store on certain days of the week.

    We will provide complimentary samples of our coffee. These samples will be distributed at local stores close to the cafe. We chose stores close to the cafe so that after customers take a sample, it will encourage them to drive just a short distance to have some more at the cafe. This will help the image of the company because the samples will improve customer traffic to the cafe.
