    As a third step in Pure Soul's Promotional Plan, I will use traffic builders because now that I have a customer base again, thanks to coupons and product samples, more people will recognize Pure Soul. The incentive of a possible free mini muffin will encourage newcomers to stop in and see what Pure Soul is all about.

    Next, I will offer a sweepstakes raffle for my customers to win so goods from Pure Soul. This will allow 10 people to be able to try various different things from the cafe and end up delighted with what they have tried.
