Every customer will receive a punch card when they order and once they reach 5 coffee purchases they will get a choice of either a free cookie or muffin. I selected this because it will lure people back 5 times and spend money on coffees so they can get the free reward. It will improve the image because it helps customers think they are getting a good deal on a free muffin or cookie. -
Contest Events
If a customer wants to participate in the contest they will receive a bank coffee cup and they will draw anything they want on the cup and at the end of two weeks we will choose what art is the best on the cups and make that our cup for all coffee for the next month. It will improve the image of my restaurant because it will show that we care about our customers and make them feel like a part of the restaurant -
Traffic building
First 100 people to order a coffee get a free travel mug. I selected this because it will make customers come to our store to get their coffee mug for a limited time and since it's only 100 people. So everyone will come rushing. It improves the image because it shows we can make offers to a certain amount of people so people will come faster hoping to be apart of that first 100 -

Someone will stand outside and offer small cups of our new seasonal coffee for the month to lure people to spend the money to get the full size
