    We want to reach out to our target market through samples with this key step. The reason this part is important is because we are trying to regain trust with the public and show that our coffee and food is made in a clean and proper manner. This is basically a way for us to try and clear our name from all of the negative comments going around.

    The coupon that our business is going to incorporate is going to be buy one get one free donuts. The reason for this is because we want people to start putting trust back into our business when it comes to food. These coupons will be distributed through the mail so it can be sent directly to many of our local customers. We want to gain back the trust of our close locals in Muskego first, before we begin to branch out advertising to our neighboring cities.

    The coupon plan that we are going to have is we are going to promote our cafe website on our social media accounts, and we are going to promote a set of coupons just for sending in your email. These coupons will be sent out to people as they sign up and will be for products such as donuts, biscuits, scones, sandwiches, and any of our food products because as I said in the first one. Our main goal is to gain back customer's trust by giving them a cheap way to enjoy our food and drinks again

    Our contest that we are going to put on is we are going to put 6 digit codes on our coffee drinks. Similar to what McDonalds has done with their monopoly contests, we are going to have a 6 digit code on the coffee that you can tear off and save and after 2 weeks, we are going to draw the winner through our social media and there are going to be two different prizes. One winning code will win you $1,000, and the second winning code is going to win you free coffee for one year.
