  • introduction

    Project management is a way of solving problems to meet objectives and to deliver benefits in a certain time period and in budget, to a specified quality. Making sure the quality of IT projects in any sector is a important requirement. I will deliver an IT project using at least one project management method as used in IT industry and complete the five stages of the project.

    (A)The principles and methodologies of IT project management will be researched (B) do an project start for a IT project E.g document portfolio (C) carry out the planning, start, checking and controlling of an IT project, by using appropriate methods. (D) finish the project by looking back at my performance and the final project.

    green-ideas (creativity)- i may need more time with the assessment

    blue- planning (process control)- plan the time to finish the work
    black- judgement (the logical negatives)- too much info at once and short notice
