Nat Turners' Rebellion
Nat turner was an african slave. he was the leader of the most powerful slave rebellion in Aug 21, 1831. He prohibited the education, movement, an assembly of slaves. He and 75 others disorganized insurrection that resulted in the murder of 51 white people. -

Harriet Beecher published this book on anti-slavery. The novel sold 300,000 copies within 3 months. The book had a major influence on the way american public viewed slavery. -
Kansas-Nebraska Act
