Pol Pot controlled Cambodia from 1975-1979 in those 4 years 1 to 2 million people were put to death. There was 3 different groups that Pol Pot put his people into workers, peasants and soldiers. All family menbers were separated everyone had 1 duty to perform. Men and women had to sleep in separate places. food and medicines were scarce. The people he killed we dumped into mass graves. Pol Pot died on April 15, 1998 somewhere in Cambodia. July 1997 Pol Pot was put into jail by a man called Khmer Rouge.
