I Accidentally Vaporize My Pre-Algebra Teacher
Percy and his class are on a museum tour in New York. Mrs. Dodds, Percy's math teacher, lures him into a room where they are alone. She then turns into a Fury and tries to kill him. Percy manages to stay alive and then his other teacher Mr. Brunner throws him a sword which he uses to kill Mrs.Dodds. -
Three Old Ladies Knit the Socks of Death
As Grover followed Percy home, they saw three old ladies who were knitting some very long socks. The one in the middle cut the piece of yarn and Grover panics because he remembered that those three women are the Fates. And when a piece yarn is cut, it means someone will die. -
My Mother Teaches Me Bullfighting
Percy, Grover and Sally(Percy's mother) were driving to Camp Halfblood, because they had to get Percy to safety. There was a minotaur chasing them, and it was sent by Hades. They managed to get to Camp, but Sally wasn't able to enter because she was human. The minotaur "killed" Sally and Percy killed the minotaur with its own horn. -
We Capture a Flag
After Percy recovers from the Minotaur attack, the camp plays capture the flag. Percy is on Annabeth and Luke's team and they are against Clarisse's team. Clarisse comes after Percy with her friends, and Percy gets wounded. However when he steps into the water his wounds heal and he feels a lot stronger. At the end of the game he is claimed by his father, Poseidon. -
I Am Offered a Quest
Percy went to the Oracle for a prophecy, and it tells him how he must find and return the master bolt. It says: You shall go west, and face the god who has turned
You shall find what was stolen and see it safely returned
You shall be betrayed by one who calls you a friend
And you shall fail what to save what matters most in the end. Percy accepts the quest to go to the underworld and get back the lightning bolt before the summer solstice. Percy takes Grover and Annabeth with him. -
I Ruin a Perfectly Good Bus
Percy, Annabeth and Grover took a bus out of New York. Mrs. Dodds and two other Furies disguised as old women were also there. The bus crashes, and everyone evacuates except for Percy, his friends, and the three furies. In the end, Percy manages to kill them with his sword Riptide, which he got from Chiron. Then they decide to escape into the forest. -
We Visit the Garden Gnome Emporium
After escaping the bus, the trio stumble upon Aunty Em's Garden Gnome Emporium. Aunty Em invites them into her shop, and she gives them something to eat and drink. There were a lot of stone statues in her store and it put them on edge. Aunty Em then talks about her past, but Annabeth and Grover figure out that she is Medusa. They tell Percy not to look in her eyes, because he'll turn into stone. Percy manages to chop off her head and kill her. -
A God Buys us Cheeseburgers
Ares visits them while they are at a diner and says that he will get them a ride to Las Vegas if they retrieve his shield. It's in a water park in The Tunnel of Love ride. When they get into the tunnel they are trapped by Hephaestus' nets and mechanical spiders. They escape and return Ares' shield. Percy is not happy of being used by Ares but they accept his help and Ares tells Percy that his mom isn't dead... yet. -
I Plunge to My Death
The three of them ride a train to St. Louis Arch. Annabeth convinces Percy and Grover to go to the top with her. On the way down the elevator was so full that Percy had to wait, while Grover and Annabeth took the elevator down. There was also an old lady up there waiting with him. She had a dog that turned into the Chimera and it began to attack Percy. Percy has "mortally" wounded and was forced to jump 600ft into the Mississippi River. -
We Take a Zebra to Vegas
Percy, Grover, and Annabeth ride in an animal smuggling truck to Las Vegas. They set the animals free and hide in The Lotus Hotel. There are a lot of games and it is very luxurious. They each get a credit card which had unlimited money. It seems like paradise until Percy bumped into some other people. One of them thought he was in year 1977. Percy then realized this was the place of the lotus eaters and they have to leave. They had been inside there for 5 days and they only have one day left, -
We Shop for Water Beds
First the trio goes to Santa Monica Beach where Percy goes deep into the ocean. He meets a water spirit that gives him three pearls which will allow them to escape the underworld. In Los Angeles they find a shop called Crusty's Waterbed Palace. Grover and Annabeth try some waterbeds and get trapped. Percy tricks the Crusty, who is a monster, to try one of the waterbeds himself. Percy traps him and cuts off his head. Then he frees his friends and they find the entrance to the underworld. -
I Battle My Jerk Relative
Percy accused Ares of stealing both items, but Ares said someone else stole it first. Ares had Hades' Helm of Darkness on his motorcycle. Ares and Percy fought and got in the water since he'll have an advantage. Percy managed to create a huge wave and push it at Ares, knocking him over. Percy stabs Ares in his ankle and Ares disappears, wounded. Mrs. Dodds watched the whole thing and Percy gave Mrs. Dodds the Helm of Darkness to give to Hades. -
I Settle My Tab
Percy took a plane from LA to New York even though he shouldn't since it's Zeus' territory. Then he took the elevator in the Empire state building to the 600th floor. Percy went to the grand palace of Mount Olympus. There on the thrones sat his father Poseidon and his uncle Zeus. He explained everything to them and gave Zeus the Lightning Bolt back. Poseidon also tells Percy that his mother is safe and back in their apartment. Percy goes home to see her, but decides to stay at Camp Halfblood. -
We Find Out the Truth, Sort Of
Hades is not happy to see Percy since he thinks Percy stole both the Lightning Bolt and his own symbol of power, The Helm of Darkness. Hades tells Percy to hand over both of the items. Percy says that he doesn't have any of the items. Hades tells Percy to opens his backpack and he does, revealing the Lightning Bolt. Percy realizes that Ares tricked them, since he gave Percy that backpack. Hades tries to kill them but Percy, Grover and Annabeth step on the pearls sending them back to the beach. -
The Prophecy Comes True
On the last day of camp, Percy and Luke went into the forest to drink Coke. Luke betrays Percy and tells him that he stole the Lightning Bolt and the Helm of Darkness. He says that he is working for the evil titan Kronos. Then he sends a scorpion to attack Percy before he runs away from camp. Percy kills the scorpion, but gets stung. After time he heals but everyone is worried about the new threat.
