    The Gameboy was the very first DS consoles to be created, but it wouldn't be called a DS until 2005. The circuitboard and gamechip had to be larg due to having been man made.

    The Gameboy Pocket is a slightly smaller Gameboy, you could carry them in the old pocket bags. thechnology was getting better.

    The Gameboy Color unlike the other two Gameboy consoles, the screen has color, making your video games more colorful.
  • Gameboy Advance

    Gameboy Advance
    The Gameboy Advance A boom in technology came to be, that enabled Nintendo to create even smaller Gameboys, as seen in the picture, the circuit board is smaller and more advance.

    Gameboy Advance SP
    The Gameboy Advance SP was proof that technology had improved, machines were making the Gameboy console smaller, as seen in the picture.

    The Gameboy Micro Was created for easier carry, technology at best, getting small circuit boards that were more effective.

    The Nintendo DS was more complex, like the Gameboy Micro, it had a smaller circuit board, but, the screen was easier to see than the smaller pixels displayed on the not even year old Gameboy Micro.

    The Nintendo DS Lite was created to play both DS and Gameboy games, the DS game card slot at the top and the Gameboy at the bottom, technology has made it more efficient.

    The [Nintendo DSI] was the third system to be a touchscreen console, but a bit downgraded. There is no longer a Gameboy game card slot at the bottom- or anywhere to be exact. Technology has made the DSI even more interactive.

    The Nintendo DSI XL is simply a larger version of the DSI. Created for people with glasses to see the screen better.
  • Nintendo 3DS

    Nintendo 3DS
    The Nintendo 3DS isn't too much different than the DSI, it's touchscreen and you have buttons to press. The 3DS has a slider on the top screen that allows you to switch from 2D to 3D, but it will only change for 3D specific games. The Home, Select, and Start button line the bottom of the bottom screen.

    The Nintendo 3DS XL Is exactly like the regular 3DS, but the 3DS XL is larger, nothing much to tell here since I already explained it.
