Exposition-1 This is an exposition because it is where some of the characters first come into play and it gives you an idea on what's going to happen, the English looking for gold. -

Exposition 2- This is exposition because more, rather important characters are introduced and it shows where the main setting is. -

Exposition 3- This is exposition because this is where the main characcter was introduced and it shows her personality. It also introduces three other charaacters that are important to the movie. -
Marry Kocoum?
Rising Action 1- This is rising action because this is why Pocahontas does a lot of what she does in the movie. -
Just Around the Riverbend
Exposition 4- This is exposition because it is when Pocahontas's persoality is really introduced. -
Grandmother Willow
Exposition 5- This is exposition because it is where the last character that really does something is introduced. -
Spying on the English
Rising Action 2- This is rising action because this is where the problem first develops. The Indians were trying to found out about the English and one of their men was shot. -
Pocahontas meeting John Smith
Rising Action 3- This is rising action because it is when Pocahontas and John Smith hadn't met, this movie probably would have ended totally differently. -
Colors of the Wind
Rising Action 4- This is rising action because this is where I believe Pocahontas is first starting to realize how she feels toword John Smith. -
Its the Indians!
Rising Action 5- This is rising action because it is where the hatred to the Indians is fired up and where John Smith is beginning to show his new feelings towored the Indians to the rest of the crew. -
What do you Say to a Tree?
Rising Action 6- This is part of the rising action because this is when the love is really starting to flow and they are encouraged by Grandmother Willow. -
Warriers are Here!
Rising Action 7- This is rising action because this is when the natives begin their prep for war. It was also when Pocahontas extracted from her father that if one of the British wanted to talk, he would talk. This was important, because a lot of what she did next was based on that. -
We Don't Have to Fight Them
Rising Action 8- This is rising action because, it is where John was attempting to stop the English from raging war on the Indians. -
If You See Any Indians, Shoot Them.
Rising Action 9- This is rising action because both Pocahontas and John have snuck off to see one another, and Governor Ratcliffe sends Thomas after John to see where he is going. This leads up to the climax in a very important way, if this hadn't happened, the movie would have been entirly different. -
I Think she is in Trouble
Rising Action 9- This is rising action because his is where Pocahontas and John as left and Nakoma, seeing Pocahontas leave, sends Kocoum after her. If she hadn't done this, this also would have drasticly changed the movie. -
Look how they Grow
Rising Action 10- This is where Pocahontas and John decide to talk to her people, try and stop the war. This is also where they kiss, setting off a new chain of events. -
Kocoums Death
Rising Action 11- This is Rising action because when Kocoum gets killed, it makes the natives speed up in warring the british and it gets John Smith captured. -
I Wish we had Never Met
Rising Action 12- This is rising action because when John is captured, he is supposed to die at sunrise. It leads into many of Pocahontas's actions. -
Savages
Rising Action 13- This is rising action because this is the prep for war of both camps. -
Spinning Arrow
Rising Action 14- This is rising action because this is where Pocahontas makes her chioce on what to do, save John Smith and stop the war, because of a spinning arrow that she had dreamed, and was then on the compass. -

Climax- This is the cliax because this is where Pocahontas saves John and stops the war. -

Falling Action 1- This is falling action because this is where it starts timing down, the shot. -
