Unconstitutional education for black and white students was "Separate but equal." Discrimination of race Segregation is unconstitutional. To attend a Black school, students had been walked far instead of nearby White school. Creating equally funded black schools in their ways. -
Title IX
In education, sex discrimination is prohibited. All school; must have Title IX coordinators. The law protects all people from gender-based discrimination. School should be built policy to help the victim. -
Education of all Handicapped Children Act
This law protects the right of disabilities kids and their parents. In order to get free appropriate public education (FAPE) for students with disabilities. For example, children age 3 to 5 must be the preschool program. Under this Act, students with handicapped must have an individual education plan and the least restrictive environment. -
