    Tyler Toffoli is a Canadian hockey player born in April 1992. Tyler's introduction to serious hockey began when he started playing for the OHL's Ottawa 67's in 2008. In his first year Tyler played 54 games and totaled 46 points.

    Tyler Toffoli played with the Ottawa 67's for three more seasons (total of four). In his final season he played 65 games and totaled 100 points, This showed great improvement from his first OHL season. Tyler was striving for the ultimate goal of playing in the NHL.

    Tyler's time in the OHL was over and he was drafted 47th overall in the 2nd round by the Los Angeles Kings. Soon, if good enough, Tyler would have a full time career in the NHL.     Although Toffoli was drafted to an NHL team, he was not fast enogh to take part in the competitive games. He was sent to the Kings farm team the Manchester Monarchs where he served as a back up for the L.A Kings and worked on his speed and skill. Tyler Toffoli needed to make a comeback by improving his speed.

    Quiting was not an option for Tyler. No matter how difficult, he would continue training until he was fast enogh to play in the NHL. On March 16th 2013 Toffoli made his NHL debut scoring an astonishing 2 goals along with 3 assists. In this season Tyler went on to become a key part of the Los Angeles Kings playoff success. He played alongside rookie Tanner Pearson and skillful Jeff Carter on the famous "that 70's line). This power line lead the team to the Stanley Cup!
