Jaggers takes Pip to London to begin Pip's great expectations. He gets new clothes, a new life, and a new personality. -
Pip meets Herbert
Herbert soon replaces the spot that was meant for Joe in Pip's heart. He becomes the one that Pip turns to, and the person he tells all his deep thoughts and secrets to. Pip begins to love Herbert so much, that Herbert's happiness is more important than his needs, so he invests in Herberts. Because of this, Pip falls into debt, which leads to PIp returning to Joe. Pip also finds out about Miss Havisham's secret from Herbert. -
Joe visits Pip.
Pip is ashamed of Joe, and Joe leaves Pip in peace. This haunts Pip throughout the book, because he wants to apologize to Joe and Biddy. -
Magwitch comes find Pip.
Pip loses all hope of him and Estella. He feels obligated to help Magwitch and take him to safety, but Pip later learns to love Magwitch as he recognizes Magwitches love for him. Because of Magwitch, Pip beings to see past the frightening exterior, and love someone for their heart. -
Miss Havisham apologizes to Pip for all she the pain she has caused.
In this moment, he sees Miss Havisham's weakness. For all his life, he thought the rich were powerful and strong, who lead an extravigant lifestyle, but seeing Miss Havisham's stopped clocks and inabilty to let go of the past, her weakness is reveavled. -

This is the school I went to for 7 years. I met so many life changing staff members and friends. -
Met my first best friend
She helped me overcome so many of my fears, and in return I was her shoulder to cry on for so many years. Once Junior High started, she started to tell everyone at her school that I was a bad person, and everyone knew who I was. They were curious about my personaly. They found out, and now we're all very good friends. -
Baptism
The day I was denounced as the daughter of Eve, and was born into the Kingdom of God. -
First day of school at Oxford
Found new friends and teachers who would later contribute into shaping and changing me into the person I am today. -
Nour Dies
When I found out she passed away, all I could feel was disbelief. I thought she was going to wake up sooner or later from that coma, but her body just gave up. After this day, I just wanted to cherish every single one of my friends and family members. I became so protective over them, because I was afraid something might happen. I'm always careful with what my last words are to the people I love, because you really never know. -
Trip to New York
Discovered my passion for architecture, engineering, and love for the city. As of this point, I'm determined to go to school there, and go into those fields.
