My mother was born in Jalandhar, Punjab, India. She was the fourth child in the family and the youngest of her siblings. Baby Picture

Father was born in Nawanshahr, Punjab, India. He was the second child in the family and middle child out of the 3 children.

Grandfather came to Canada

Jul 22, 1987

When my grandfather (dad's side) arrived in Canada, the ship he was in was seized in Halifax, Nova Scotia by Canadian NAVY. After a couple of days he claimed a refugee status and was able to work and live in Canada. After being released he decided it was best to move somewhere where there were jobs in the agriculture sector since in India that was his main occupation.

Grandfather moved to Burlington

When my grandfather (dad's side) was looking for a job he decided it was best to start moving towards the southern part of Canada. As he was applying for every job he was qualified to do, he was hired at a mushroom farm in Campbellville, Ontario. The company was called Monaghan Mushrooms Ltd. My Grandfather worked here for 5 years before he switched his jobs and my father as well as my aunts and grandmother arrived in Canada. Picture of old House

My father came to Canada and landed in Toronto Pearson Airport. He came straight to Burlington and attended Burlington Central School. After High school he attended Mohawk College. Degree

Mother came to Canada and went to college

May 24, 1994

My mother came to Canada and landed in Toronto Pearson Airport. She went straight to Brampton and attended George Brown College. After graduating she shortly after then got married to my father. Degree

Mother and Father got married

My parents got married on June 22 of 2002. They got married in Malton, Ontario. 2 years after being married they had their first child(me). Mariage certificate

I was born

Aug 18, 2004

I was born, to the family as the first baby. I was born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, in McMaster Hospital. (Baby Photo)
