One of our biggest ships was getting fixed elsewhere and Japenese knew about it, but they decided that they wanted to do the attack right away. -

First bomb hits the Arizona ship and badly wounds everyone on that ship -

For a minute it feels like everything stops, all the bombing and firing. At about 8:50 am the United States Army was in the air trying to hold them off for as long as possible. -

By the time all the bombing and things were done. We had taken down 29 planes from the Japense, and shot down 15 guns. -

The attack lasted for 2 hours and 20 minutes. Nearly 2,400 americans are dead and 1,200 are wounded and the damage is unexplainable. -
