On the date of their executions, the Scottsboro boys listen to the execution of Willie Stokes, After hearing horrible reports of the execution, many of the boys had nightmares and sleepless nights.

Ruby Bates sends a letter to Earl Streetman, containing a confession and she denies that she was raped.

Haywood Patterson and Clarence Norris are in court for their rape trials and convicted/sentenced to death.

The United States Supreme Court overthrow the convictions of Norris and Patterson because black people were excluded from the juries in their trials.
