Weapons and animations for characters should be modeled and ready by the 21st. -

Battle Field Elements
Battlefield level design, characters on it, enemies on it with AI, spells, music, sound effects and UI should all be implemented at this stage and be working as intended. -
Menu System
The entire menu system should be flushed out by the 15th of September. -
Asset Pack Published - Unity Asset Store
All models for the asset pack should be entirely finished. This includes modeled, unwrapped, rigged if nessisary, and textured. All models that need colossion models should have them created. Pack should be submitted to the Unity Asset Store on this day. -
Asset Pack Published - Unreal Market Place
All models for the asset pack should be entirely finished. This includes modeled, unwrapped, rigged if nessisary, and textured. All models that need colossion models should have them created. Pack should be submitted to the Unreal Market Place on this day. -
Purchase Assets
With the money earned (Hopefully!) from both marketplaces, purchase assets on the asset store so the battle system can begin to be assembled. -
Attribute System
The entire attribute system should be flushed out at this point and be working as intended on the game design document. This means that everything that depends on the attribute system is working 100%. -
Enemy AI
The AI should have functioning logic with attacks and spells, counters, etc at this time. -
Battle System - Polished
The battlefield, characters on it, enemies on it, spells, music, sound effects and UI should all be implemented at this stage and be working as intended. -
