Knight Commission
As a result of a public poll that intercollegiate athletics were out of control, a group of university presidents and athletic directors formed the Knight Foundation Commission. It changed college athletics by reducing practice hours that athletes can spend on their sport, cost-containment measures, and instituational restructuring. -

IMG has the right to sell marketing packages for 88 NCAA Championships. These packages were focused on retail promotions. -
