Napoleon decided that he was going to be the emperor and a lot of voter supported it. It was this huge ceremony in the Notre Dame Cathedral and Napoleon crowned himself. This was him signaling that he was higher than the church. This led to him being even more powerful meaning that it was a political achievement. -

Napoleon Bonaparte should be remembered as a great emperor, political leader, and military leader. At the time he had the biggest empire since the Romans. He led his army through many battles that it didn´t seem like he would win. He changed how France was running for years and how it is running now. He will forever have a lasting impact on France.
