  • Battle of Trafalgar

    The Battl of Trafalgar was s naval battle fought between the English navy and the Frenh and Spanish navies. This was decisive British Victoy; even though the royal navy had less ships, they suffered almst ten times less casualties than the French and Spansh.

    The decree of Berlin proclaims a blockade of British Trade. French allies and neutral countries were not alowed to trade with the British

  • Spanish Revolt

    The spanish revolt against Napoleon begins witha revolt in Madrid.

  • Napoleon Defeated in Russia

    Following a long war in Russia, the French army is decimated by the Russians.

  • Napoleon Defeated at Leipzig

    French Grand army loses to Coalition army, in the first decisive Coalition victory. This forces Napoleon to retreat to France to re-group his forces.

    After forced abdication, Napoleon was exiled to the Island of Elba. He was allowed to keep a force of 600 men for personal protection.

    Napoleon's French army under Duke Wellington is defeated by forces of the Seventh Coalition. This allowed Prussian forces to enter France to restore King Louis XVII to the throne

  • Exiled to St. Helena

    After a massive defeat, Prussian forces were able to force Napoleon out of France. The seventh Coalition exiles him to St. Helena, a barren island, where he would eventually dies.
