Defeat of the Battle of Leipzig
Yet again Napoleon was defeated in Leipzig, Saxony. The battle was fought against Austria, Prussia, Russia, and Sweden. The defeat was triggered by Napoleon setting up troops in Germany which caused his army to fail and his line of communications was weak in Leipzig. -
Elba
Napoleon wanted to step down for his son, but his attempt was not considered and he was exiled and sent to Elba. -
St.Helena
After Napoleons first exile to Elba he was exiled to Saint Helena for his second exile. This is where he will later pass. -
Waterloo
The Battle of Waterloo was one of the bloodiest battles France has fought in. It took place in Belgium and it was the last defeat of Napoleon. -
Death of Napoleon
Napoleon died in Saint Helena which was his second exile from France. The cause of Napoleons death was stomach ulcers.
